USPS updates the EDDM Online Tool, its prices and its rules. Screens may look different from what we describe, and limits may change. When this guide and USPS disagree, USPS is right. The official sources are usps.com, the EDDM user guide, the Domestic Mail Manual and the USPS price list. Your Post Office decides what it accepts.
The sample maps and route tables on this site are illustrations with invented routes and numbers. They don't show real routes.
